PMS is not normal. A medical doctor who actually knew something about womens' issues told me PMS is no a condition one has to live with.
If you have PMS something is wrong
More iften the not it is an easy fix
It is usually a vitamin deficiency - The B Complex
Many Americans' eat sugar ... it is in salad dressing and even some vitamins ... anyway, sugar leaches the B vitimans from our bodies
So, eat foods rich in the B Complex vitamins, don't eat sugar (Or any kind of sugar substitute – artificial or natural)
Maybe take a quality vitiman and your PMS should go away
I used to have pain that knocked me to the floor - mood swings, break outs, stomach upset, headaches, body aches, food cravings, bad dreams, hot flashes .....

I have PMDD, so my PMS symptoms are insane. I have severe mood swings, hot flashes, cramps, achy joints, bloating and fatigue. To top it all off, I use the Paragard, which exacerbates my already unbearable physical symptoms. Basically, there are 7 days every month I should, for all intents and purposes, be locked up. I take black cohosh which seems to alleviate the mood swings slightly, but I haven't been able to find anything that works for the physical symptoms.
