What kind of "pink eye" are you dealing with?? Similisan only work for pink, irritated, white or cream oozed eyes- viral pink eye. If you have pink, irritated with green or yellow oozed eyes- that's bacterial and Similisan will not work (says right on the box). We diluted Oregano (alot) and dropped in into our 13 month old eyes 2 or 3 times a day and it cleared up in 3 or 4 days.
