My daughter was just diagnosed with Autoimmune Neutropenia and I happened upon this site. It is nice to read what other people have gone through and what I may be able to expect.

We didn't have to do any treatment. My daughter has a mild case but it's enough to cause problems. I hope your son gets the help his little body needs to get better. It is very frustrating sometimes.

I had took my son into to see his pediatrician at 15 months because he was just staying so sick, and of course labs was drawn and the problems with his neutrophil count came about! He will be 2 the 21st of this month and has still not received treatment of gcsf, but hopefully he will get it soon!

My daughter is now 3 and doing very well. She had tubes in and her adenoids removed. That made a big difference for her. We just thought she was a sick baby until I took her to the ER and she had pneumonia and her labs came back. That's when the doc realized something more was going on.

My son has been diagnosed with Autoimmune neutropenia after a long 8 months of trying to figure out the problem, many blood test, hospital stays, and a bone marrow biopsy! How old is your alls kids?

my son hasnt yet been diagnosed but thats what we r testing for and thats also what the specialist said he believes it going on. How old is ur little one?
