Anyone doing a wedding show for 2009????

I am going to be setting up at the Dayton Convention center in January and was wondering if anyone hah any tips for me during this show??? It's going to be packed with people and I want to stand out from everyone else. This will be the first time for me.

So, does that mean you want to do less weddings or just less EXPO's?

Business for me is about to get crazy. I was blessed with a scholarship to the 2009 SPA event in Vegas - that was sooooooooooo super cool! Starting next week, I am literally booked EVERY WEEKEND until April! Praise God! Mostly seniors. And I hope to have my summer booked up soon.

I went to check out the place I am shooting a prom at and I get to the doors and the owner tells me, "yeah, there isn't going to be a prom here - we are closing our doors forever as of Monday" So that is kind of crazy. When the group finally picks there theme I may pick everyone brains on here for ideas for marketing w/ out being over bearing and having a cool setup that really wows... :)

I am trying to get my new website ready to launch. It is all very exciting, the passion and gift God has given me is starting to successed as a business, (even w/ a CRAPPY website right now) :) but I am trying hard to just stay focused and just be content through it all.

I LOVED your post today - for the marketing firm... how creative! I LOVE the coffee shop idea. :)

Hey!! It went really well!! It made really realize what I want and don't want out of my business. I had a great experience and I think I would do it again, but only once a year for me!!
