Hi everyone...I'm Erica, I own a photography business in Lincoln, NE. I saw this community and I thought it would be perfect for me as I often feel overwhelmed by the multiple roles I have to play. I have 3 kids, one is an infant, and I TRY to run my business with him attached to me most of the time. I've even worn him through a couple of photo shoots...with varying success. My older 2 are in elementary school, and I have 5 full-time employees. I live, eat and breathe stress, and I'm wondering if anyone has found any good techniques for keeping the business afloat without killing yourself in the process?!?
