I love the logo did you draw it? I'm still suffering Post Natal Depression and if it is not that it's Depression. How are you coping with everything?

How is everything going with you and Jade? You wont believe this but Joel has his first tooth coming through. Yeah!!! I can't believe that we are half way through August and that christmas is only around the corner. Shit must start organiing pressies for the kids. I have booked my holidays for nex year but dont know if Chris is going to have any left with the way work is going. He has had a few days off becuase there hasn't been any work. Me still going insane with work and the kids.Tryin to sort a few things out. Going to hospital next week for my checkup. Anyway take care now. xxx

hey na i did not draw this one i found it one the internet and thought it was rite for this. i realised more than afew poeple have pnd that is why i thought i would set tis up to help all support all the only problem is i cant get on enough to up date and all that. im doing ok at momment cant realy complain its helping that i can work tues and thurs. except i miss out on my actual support group what is not to good but im sure im strong enough to cope. well you take care of your self and i will talk to you soon
