Well I wish my computer would cooperate but for some reason I can't see any of the youtube links that were posted to know what songs everyone is talking about...as for the other songs, all awesome choices. I'll have to think on this one a bit because I can't honestly think of a song that best describes Gray...I know I have one, just can't think of the name off hand.

Ok..couldnt' find the 2nd song on YouTube (go figure!) But it's "The Laughing Song" by Craig Toungate from The Little Mermaid & Friends CD. Here are the words..which do NO justice to the actual song itself and if you hear it..it will make your soul smile and cheeks hurt from laughing so hard. I have 2 songs..but this one is the main one. My daughter Emma, 2 asks me to put the Happy song on all the time. Her and her brother Jacob will dance anywhere we are with this song. She seems to ask me to put it on too when I'm having a hard day with life and it helps re-shape things for me..best part we get to dance, sing and have fun!

When Roxanne was born my aunt got us this CD that was all children's songs but Roxanne's name was inserted throughout the CD....

"Lil' Roxanne, had a farm.....eee-i, eee-i....O!" etc. It's very cute and she's finally at the age where she can enjoy it.....I play it all the time in the vehicle!

There is a section in Ava's baby memory book for mummy's and daddy's to write a letter. And I haven't done it because honestly it would change everyday.... but I just realised the perfect thing for me to write in her book would be the lyrics to the song I posted. It sums up perfectly how she makes me feel ! So thats my job this afternoon !

Wonderful songs girls....Lisa thats so heartbreaking..when i was in school we had a fantastic teacher,whom we all liked so much.She had to boys and when i went on to college i was told she had a girl,which was wonderful as she told us in school she really would love a daughter.I was pregnant on my second child when i got a txt to say she had passed away,drove over her while bringing her boys to swimming.she ran out of the house behind the car..3yrs old.:-(Truly heartbreaking.

I loooove this song. It's for all you ladies with daughters hehe. The guy wrote it for his adopted chinese girls. One of them passed away recently when his son accidentally drove over her in the driveway. Tragic. This song means a lot to him now!

Love Butterfly kisses,i first heard the song when my kids godmothers sister posted the video on facebook,there dad died a few years ago&this song reminds her of her dad...It was so beautiful,i cried so much,even reading the words you have there made me cry..wow.

Riana, Butterfly kisses is such a sweet song. It was my brother and his wife's wedding song and and I put it on a DVD I made of my daughter and niece. It made my mum cry !

The song I posted is new... well new to me anyway. I first heard it on an ad for a tv show that airs here in Aus. Its lovely, I like the bit at the end the most

Ashie I think your song is absolutely amazing! Both my kids have songs but they are not in english so I can't share them here. However my song with my dad is Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle - it had fully grown men in tears when we were dancing to it at my wedding:

Mine is: 'You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are gray. You'll never know dear how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away'. (do you know it??) We sing it every night before bed. My mum used to sing it to me as a kid. I think it somes up perfectly how I feel about Baylee!
