Hello ladies. I'm still reading the book so I'm no expert but I really like the ideas in the book. It basically says that our toddlers are like little cavemen since their brains are not fully developed yet. As a result, we have to adapt our parenting styles so they can understand what we want from them. The book also dedicated to raising a happy child with a high sense of self-esteem. What else could we ask for?! =)

I found this about it, sounds quite good! Although I must say I have never read a parenting book in my life! I have never found one that really matches my ideals, I do like the sound of this one however!

I haven't read that book, but I watched the DVD 'The happiest baby on the block' and it was fantastic!!!! Highly recommended to people who are due to have a baby soon - it looks at settling techniques for babies when they are crying and they WORK which is the best thing!
