Wow! Impressive!!
My 10 month old puts his hands in the air and smiles when he hears the theme song to Hannah Montana. It's adorable and makes me laugh every time. I say to my husband 'look peter! look! Look at the baby! Look! Isn't he cute! Look what he's doing! Look! Can you see him??! Look! Look! LOOK FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!' It annoys the heck out him hehe.

My son started reading off the box of Cheerios he was eating from last night... the kid is 19 months old. We were floored to say the least.

Last night, Shawn started asking :"Why?". He uses it with perfection and really sounded like a teenager... So here is a little bit of our conversation:

Shawn went upstairs while I was cleaning up dinner...
Me: "What are you doing up there?"
He answers: "Why?"
Me: "Because i would like to know what you are doing
Him: "Why?"
Me: "Shawn, can you answer my question please."
then he starts giggling comes to the top of the stairs, looks at me and says: "WHY?"
he then ran away and went to play in his bedroom.

My husband looked at me in disbelief and just said: "19 months old, right? I think we've got a tiny teenager on our hands, we're screwed..."

It was hilarious! I might not find it as funny when we actually get to the teenage years but right now it's very amusing.

We went to the farmer's Market yesterday. The play area has a bouncy castle where we let my son (19 months) go for the first time ever. He spent a whole hour jumping up and down while smiling from ear to ear. The look of pure joy on his face was priceless.

Oh and I just remember another one. When Justin puts lotion on Allen after his bath he says, " It puts the lotion on its skin" So funny! I lost it

You are welcome Meghan. My dad was good with us most of the time but we did go through some dark days. Its just so funny to watch him with Allen. He is so good with him. It make me think back to being in high school and trying to talk to him but he was too busy watching tv. I also remember one time when I was 18 my boyfriend cheated on me and dad told me " get over it. Everyone cheats" I can only guess that if a girl ever cheated on Allen she would be the scum of the earth and so stupid!

He is great with him and I would never dream of telling Allen any of the problems I have had with him. I am just glad that he is a great papaw! My brother and I joke that Allen could burn down their house when he is older and dad would talk about how smart he is knowing how to use matches and all. I bet he would even take pics!

Joshua has been really funny lately! I taught him "Rock on" with the hand gesture (can't explain it) so now if he gets exticted about something he sticks both pointer fingers in the air and squeels "ROCKIN MOMMY"..
And we went to help my mom today at an ambassidoral function and one of the ladies gave him som juice and I said, what do you say? He looked at the lady and said "Your welcome hun!"

My baby whos 18mths loves her dolls, shes a very girly girl...but i was going about my normal house work and i heard her talking to the doll and when i went to see what she was up to...it was so heartwarming to see her treating her babydoll how we would treat her...her dad holds her and she rests on his shoulder and he rubs the back of her head while getting her to sleep and she was doing that to her babydoll. When shes very cranky i say dont worry ,mommys here...she was saying that as clear as day....so very cute and my heart melted in that moment.

I have another one, my daughter has been saying mum for quite some time now, and for about two months I have been trying to get her to say dad, last night in the bath I was saying "dad dad dad" to her and she FINALLY said it back!! It made it even better that my husband was there to hear it, the look on his face was priceless, he was so happy.

I was at the supermarket this morning and there was a little old man looking lost with his trolley, everyone was rushing past him and he seemed very disorientated, then I noticed he was wearing a "vision impaired" badge, so I went and asked him if he needed any help, he was fine, just waiting for his wife, he went on to talk to me for about 10 minutes and had a cuddle of my 7 month old, I don't normally like strange people touching her, but he was so sweet and I could tell it made his day, when I waked away he had a big grin from ear to ear, it was really sweet!
