Ok im new here. And one realy big problem i hav is with my 5yr old (almost6) Hes loud, out going and wants to b in everthing and wants to do what everyone does evan if hes not able to. I think this is my sons personality and as long as hes not hurting anyone or himself!! hes fine. Am i then ignoreing to much? his his nan hates him beig like this! and always has a go at him and 2 be quiet. Evan b4 hes said somethin! Now at the age of 5yrs old all of my husbands side of the family (only) acts like they hate his "bad behaviour" as they call all this, and im not sorting him out. I think its the family personaly, as he can just go up 2 someone (hes not shy) and talk to them and i get told hes cute and has a good vocabulary. He could talk to anyone and b understood at 18mths. I do think has he got somethin wrong sometimes but i get told by the teachers and drs hes ok, just out going. I think my hubbys fam wants me 2 smack him in frount of them so they will b happy, like thats the only way 2 discipline a child as far as they r concerned. What is anyones thoughts on this type of people? should i stop my son being loud and out going?
