Has anyone used the 3 Day Potty Training book by Lora Jensen? Looking for REAL stories. Not just the testimonials that are on her webpage.

THANKS!

I used it on my 20 month old son and it worked! However, it took 4 days instead of 3. Our problem is that he still wets the bed at nights. The 1st three nights were dry but it's been 7 nights since and he's wet every single one. I am doing what the book suggest for nightime training. 2 pees before he goes to bed, wake him 1 hour after he falls asleep and 1 hour before he wakes up. The morning wake is the hardest for us, he cries and won't fall back asleep. Day time has been great with only 1 accident since day 4. He's been potty trained for almost 2 weeks.

I'm on day 4 and it's still a real struggle to get him to potty. He'll hold it and has still refused to go #2 in the potty. It feels touch and go. At times he's totally resistant to going and other times I find that he went to the potty without me having to tell him. Since I'm home with my 2year old and 1 month old on maternity leave, I'm just going to continue with it until he totally gets it.

I used it on my b/g twins that are 2 1/2. My son is still not fully trained but he has minimal accidents. Ichose not to do night training because of having two and I wanted them to get the day training down. My daughter is not doing too well. She still does not have the hang of it. She holds her pee untill she just burst. I did what the book says to do but it didnt work on her. I am going to continue training her as I have been. Just hoping it will click for her. My friend is doing it with her daughter and it has been about a week and still not fully trained.

I tried it this past weekend. It didn't work for us...my little guy was totally stressed out over it!! He finally said about half way through the first day all teary eyed, "Diaper on Mama, I go night night." I felt so bad for him! When he woke up from his nap he wanted to put his big boy underwear on again so we did and since then I've just been asking him when we're at home if he wants to wear his big boy underwear. If he does, we try potty train and if he doesn't I don't force him. I figure one of these days it will "click" with him but it's not worth him stressing out about it and not wanting to sit on the potty at all.
