I have started trying to potty training my little girl, who will be 3 in October. She just has no interest at all!

This is my own technique but I sit her on the potty three times a day but she never does anything.

Anyone have any tips/recommendations?

I have 3 girls, 4 1/2, 3 and 1 month old. When I felt my oldest was ready to start using the potty we went out bought her a potty and a seat that goes over the big toilet, bought her underwear w her fav cartoon characters and bought a potty chart that hung on the wall that had magnets w diff aniimals and smiley faces and stars. She started out pretty good for the 1st few days and even went potty in both her potty and the big potty and everytime she would go, she got to add a magnet of her choice to put on that day except a star. The star was for going #2. After wbout a week and a half she lost interest and we were back at square 1. It wasnt till her 3rd bday that we had had enuf of the diapers and completely got rid of all her diapers and put her in underwear. We would have her use the bathroom every 10-15 min and when she felt she needed to go. She had quite a few accidents, but she was fully potty trained in a week. Even going #2. It helps if your child hates the feeling of being wet like my oldest did. She cried when she was wet and would demand to be changed right away. As for my 3 year, she is still not potty trained. She likes to sit on the potty but wont go in it and as soon as she gets off then she goes. We tried the same thing, letting her pee in her pants and walk around like that so she realizes its not comfortable to be wet, but she could care less. We heard about a this one method called the 3 day potty training method we are going to try. Im hoping this works for her. I only want to have to buy diapers for my newborn. Not my newborn AND my 3 yr old. I hope this helps and good luck!
