Anyone use the 3 day potty training method?

hi i looked up that web site i can not afford to buy it is their anyway you could send me a copy of that e book my daughter is 18 months just about and she was intrested in the potty and then all of a sudden after a nasty disaster on the potty all you have to do is ask her if she wants to use the potty and she is yelling no no no shaking her head thrashing around. this morning i sat her on the potty she got up and peed on the floor did not want to be on the potty this is really hard. if you would consider it my e mail is aidralean@yahoo.com

That's exactly what my 2 year old daughter did.  She had no problem sitting on the potty, but usually she wouldn't go pee.  Then the second we put her pull up back on her, the little shapes began to fade!  lol  Then I used the 3 day potty training method, in which you throw away all pull ups and don't look back, and it made all the difference.  www.3daypottytraining.com  It's $24, and you can share with family and friends, but not just people who write on this page or people you don't personally come into contact with.  As long as you're willing to put in the time and follow the method to a T, it will work :)

check out the link posted about babycenter.com by rowena on this page. it's what i am using now! my son is about 20 months old and has had alot of practice with using a potty. we've been getting him used to it since he was about 16 months, but he hasnt really been READY until now. we just started this 3 day thing today and so far, he has had one 'accident' and that i think was cause he was still waking up and didnt realize the 'have to go' feeling. he was using his baby potty earlier but we tried the potty topper on a regular potty and he loves it. he has been using it all day and has not had any ore accidents. i am absolutely amazed at how well this works. i would seriously suggest it to anyone wanting to potty train. just realize it is easier if ur a stay at home mom and can spend the entire time with him to work on it... GOOD LUCK!

My Daughter will be 2 at the end of this month and knows when she needs her diaper changed, etc. She will sit on the potty, but does nothing! As soon as she stands she pees all over my carpet...Im trying not to get frustrated but its hard! I've tried doctor phils method along with some other doctors methods, I dont want to buy this product because I am afraid that it wont work. I mean all kids are different! Please help?? Here were my results: Day 1-- 7 accidents, stayed dry during nap. Day 2-- woke up dry, only 2 accidents, and stayed dry during nap. Day 3-- ZERO ACCIDENTS, and stayed dry during nap. I think the key to getting this method to work is to follow it to a T. Don't take any shortcuts, do exactly what it says, and it will work ;) Now, I'm back to work, and she's home with her Daddy... she had 4 accident today. We think she's testing Daddy to see if he's on board with this whole thing. She's gone pee in the potty many times today besides the 4 accidents. There is a copywrite on this e-book, so just buy it, and you're allowed to share it with friends... so you can get your money's worth and help a friend. If it doesn't work for you, I suggest trying it again and this time follow the method to a T... study the book really good and know exactly what to do before you start the process. It works! I was a little skeptical but willing to give it a try, and I'm glad I did :)

I just used the book "toilet training in less than a day" with good results. It took more like a day and a half, and of course a few accidents in the following couple of weeks, but for the most part, it worked, and quickly.

I bought, read and used the 3 day method. It worked for our house. Cam will have accidents maybe 2 times a week, just pee. And I can say he was just to busy playing to stop and go to the potty.

As for Poops, I totally increased his Fiber intake for those three days and I made a big fuss over every potty and dry undie.

I suggest to all mom's to by lori's book. It's a great investment at under $30. And she gives support and help via her web site.

I am doing the 3 day program and I am on day 3 and my girl has had 2 accidents. On day 2 she had NO accidents until the evening. I was very excited on day 2 and now on day 3 I feel like I am starting over. She is very stubborn and I think that a couple of her accidents have even been on purpose.. I am gonna stick with it and keep being positive with her because I can really tell that it does work, before this, she wasn't interested at all and she told me all day on day 2, it may take a little longer with her.

I just purchased the book online. My little girl will sit on the potty very well, but prefers going potty in her pull ups. She's pretty stubborn, so I'll let y'all know if this method also works for a stubborn child! (fingers crossed)

I put my son in underwear and took him to the potty every 20 minutes for a full day. Every time he actually peed I put a star on a chart. We still had accidents, but he started to get it....day 2 he decided he didn't want diapers anymore.....still had some accidents, but much better than day 1.....today we are on day 3...he has not peed in his underwear today at all...he did accidently poop, but we're making progress. :)

I did this method and it worked fairly well for us. I think that it took about 5 days for my 20 month old to really get it.



We have recently had some issues with potty training however. Since her new baby sister came, she has had a bit of regression. Fine for the first 4 months of being potty trained. Then she started to have a bit of pee, but always finished in the potty, now for the past 2 weeks she is having almost as many accidents as when we did this to start training. Would love to hear if anyone else has had any issues like this?

We tried starting potty training around 18 months with our daughter. Slowly but surely she got better and better at it, and she has even pooped a couple times too! She is going on 27 months and she shows an interest in wearing big girl underwear, but is really stubborn when you ask her to sit on the potty and try to go. Is that ebook offer still avail? My daughter is 22.5 months and wants to "go potty" but never does anything. She crys if she has an accident when bare bottom and tells you what she does in her diaper after she does it. I want to start training her but worry that because she goes to daycare every other day that it wont work. My son took forever to poop on the potty - 3 plus- what finally worked for him is that I took a picture of his poop in the toliet and let him make a card for his dad and every since then he has pooped on the toilet. I am in the process of ttraining my 2 1/2 daughter who wants to go every other day. Not sure what is going on with this but she has been in pull-ups for about 6months - I tried the picture thing with her and didn't work. I think with boys it is a pride thing - so the picture might work - oh and we put it in the mail box so his daddy would get it when he got the mail. And in days following my son wanted to take more pictures - much easier to break him from taking pictures then from potting training. I know this sounds gross - but it worked - I saw it on Jon & Kate plus 8. Good luck and try not to get too stressed:)
