Frustrated with potty training

My son Athan will be 2yrs next friday and we've been try to get him to use the potty for a while now but we have had no such luck i dont know what to do he thinks its cool to sit on his potty we got him with clothes on lol but wont do it with out them any ideas anyone..And i know he knows that he is dirty because we he tee tee or poops in his diaper he will come tell me he tee teed or when he poops hell take his diaper off and brings it to me.Also he pees in front of his bedroom tv on a daily basis and when i pick up the diaper he took off its dry normaly which means hes taking it off to tee tee infron of his tv.............HELP

put fruit loops in the potty and tell him to pee on them make it a game
