he plays with his poo i just want him potty trained tips please!

I try not to get frusttrated infront of him but he takes his nappy off when everyone is asleep and poo's/wee's on the floor and plays with it, it was once all over the walls, wardrobes, drawers, floor.

i have a 2yr old daughter who just joins in as they share a bedroom,



i just want him potty trained and to understand that this is wrong and dirty but at the same time not to discourage him, he starts preschool in september time is running out :(

i know its hard, but be patient. Sometimes you have to use a tone of voice that lets them know that it isn't going to play with there poop. Let him run around naked, and then every time he poops in the potty, give him a treat, when he poops on the floor, take something that he likes away. It took me a week to potty train my daughter with this method, she finally got the hint that pooping and peeing on the floor isn't good.
