HELP!!!! I need help potty training. My son will be 3 years old in July, and we just can't seem to get this down. He goes fine at the nursery, partly b/c he goes with a group of other little boys...I think that helps out a lot; but he's just not interested in going while at home. He won't tell me when he has to go until it's too late. I just don't know what to do

Just keep in mind that you don't really have to start worrying until they enter kindergarten...
Let him wear underwear all day, do the happy pee pee dances like it ain't nobody's business!!LOL I went through this 3 times and the best thing that worked for me is underwear all day, and keep asking the rest will just come. (No more diapers)

Google the 3 day potty training method. It's an e-book...long story short I had a nightmare potty training with my first child, and used this method for my second - she was completely potty trained in 3 days. I have several friends who have tried it now with amazing sucess... night and day, boys and girls! It's one of those things I just can't help telling other people about it is so wonderful!

I started with just making my son wear underwear, then it turned into taking him every 20-30 minutes and making him sit there for a min or 2, then I made him go in whenever anyone in the house had to go "potty". then there was lots of praise once he went finally. like my doctor has said to me repeatdley when I was so frustrated, no kid will ever go until they are truely ready to, my son is almost 4 and just got the pee pee in the potty down, we are still dealing with #2's. Give it time and patience, he will get there when he is good and ready.
