my daughter will go on potty when shes not got a nappy on, whenever she has nappy on or even knickers she will just pee, i cant seem to get her to actually pull her knickers down for he to go potty, i always praise her when she goes, basicly she knows how to go potty but cant seem to understand she needs to pull her pants/knickers down? any advice?

Spend a few days at home practicing. Ask her about every 30 minutes if she needs to go potty and when she says she does, go with her and remind her of the steps. Tell her how to do it step by step. Just because she has seen you do it does not mean she fully understands. Repetition is key, and she needs to do it herself. You could also try letting her go naked for the few days to practice the task of going on the potty to ensure she really has it down. Then put her back in undies and knickers and practice again. Might be time consuming, but well worth it when she finally "gets" it. Good luck!!!

i have done that, even b4 i started potty training i took her to the loo with me bcoz i had 2 so shes seen it loads so i wud have thought shed graped it, iv asked my health visitor for help loads but theres not much she cn suggest so im at a loss really

Have you tried doing it with her? Like take her to the potty pulling her shorts/pants down then her panties and then putting her up there? Maybe shes not getting that she has to do that part. If youre still at a loss try calling her pediatrician and asking them
