my daughter who will be 3 in a couple months doesnt mind using the potty to go pee, but when it comes to #2 she freaks out and is always going in her pull ups or panties. what can i do to make her feel more comfortable about this situation?

for my daughter, we used M&M's for potty rewards. She would get 2 for peeing on the potty and 4 for pooping. She always wanted more "M's", so she would poo on the potty to get them. It's worth a try! :)

well for peeing you could try seting a time for her to go like every hour or what ever. i put my little girl on there until she pees.

i had areal problem with my son over this he would pee in his potty but not poop i found not to pressure them about it ,it only made my son worse encorage them to use the potty wen you go to the toilet were poss and dont use pull ups i found pants worked best , an a small insentive all ways helps , hope some of this helps x

There is a book called everyone poops. It may help to read it with her a few times. Your local library may have a copy or you can read it at the book store if you aren't sure about it. It helped my daughter get over her fear of pooping in the bathtub. She was mortified when she pooped in the tub. Then she wouldn't take baths for a while.

i have used suckers as a reward to get my 21 month old to pee and poo in his potty chair, i have also used a chart that i made myself that shows the days of the week and a smiley face sticker each time he went pee and poo in his potty chair and nothin when he went in his pull ups or diapers or undies... seems to be working... maybe sit on the toilet as she sits on her potty chair.. or you can try to turn it into like a game or something she really likes... try to make it as fun and not so scary as possible for her.... good luck
