i did something called the potty boot camp with my two year old.u have to be really ready and serious!! it's been a month and he sometimes has poo accidents but no pee. good luck

All three of my kids were so different when it came time to train but the one thing is the potty and watching potty shows.

Also , bringing the little one into the bathroom when you or the most influential person goes, it helps them learn what to do.

And most importantly praise praise praise and patience.
