how do i stop my daughter doing poo's on her pants, instead of the toilet ?

HI my name is Nicole & my 2yr old had been going well she knows that when she gets that feeling she has to wee to run to the toilet, so thats downpat now, but what is frustrating me is that sshe know s she also has to do her number2's there as well but insists on doing it in her pants, & when you catch her doing it & tell her to go to the toilet she just stands ther elooking at you & keeps going in her pants, i am at my witts end Please does some one have an answer tho my problem.

thanks, i guess i will just have to grin and bare it, it is just so frustrating that they can go do wee's in the toilet but just stand there and do the other in thier pants, hannah just stand there & look at you and says its ok just leave it only a baby poo. i am truly at my witts end

I wish I could help... my 2 yr old little boy does the very same thing! The other day he got quiet in his bedroom an I went in there an asked what he was doing an he just had that look on his face an I said go to the potty an he said "no mommy get out of here i pooping" so I know what you are going through!!! I have tried the reward thing an everything nothing works!!!! lol it may just be the age who knows!!! My doctor said it was the age that his 2 yr old was doing the same thing... so idk hopefully soon they will get the pic that it is better to go in the potty!!!
