Take her into the bathroom with you every time you go and explain that grown ups and big girls use the tiolet to go pottty, try letting her flush the toilet, a lot of kids are afraid of it, we always made sure to make a big deal of saying bye to her poop (we shook it from diaper into the toilet) and whenever we went pee she was able to say bye, have a nice trip. If she seems scared of the little potty bring it out of the bathroom for now and let her see her dolls using it. A really good strategy, tell her that her favorite doll (stuffy, anything that would use the potty) has to go pee and have her bring the doll to the potty and go through the movements then you can praise the doll, stuffy etc. for going potty and praise her for helping. We also got a white board and created a chart, she got a frown for accidents, a smile for pees and a huge smiley for poops. With these strategys she was excited to learn to potty, she was fully trained (day/night/naps) by the time she was 19 months, however weve had a set back due to her getting scared by firecrackers over the 4th :( so we're pretty much in the same boat as you. Dont stress over it, but DO have huge celebrations anytime she (or her dolls) use the potty successfully. Goodluck, she will get there eventually!
