my son is 2 and we have tried every thing on going potty. I dont push him to go, we did the whole treat thing, going pepe on cheerois, letting him pick out his big boy pants after he went a few times, stickers, letting him run around camndo, even tried giving him hot weels cars every time he goes. He wants to go in the bathroom, and loves flushing the potty and he even tells me he needs to go but every it comes down to going he tells me no and runs out!!!! what do i do???

My son is 3 and last year he did the same thing but then decided he wasn't going to go and now he has decided he is going to do it and has been peeing on the potty for a month now but wont poop on the potty so I am hoping he will decide one day to just do it. I truley believe they will do it when they are ready. I got so frustrated last year then all of a sudden he decided he was going to. Also it helped that his friends at daycare was going and he wanted to be like them. He was actually going there much better than at home because of his friends. Good Luck
