She seems ready but I've been on this mission for 2 weeks and shes only used the potty once.

am doing the same with my 23 month old lil girl she seems ready can say pee pee and poo poo but hasnt went on the potty so got her a toliet trainnin seat still no success but i have only been at it a few days but she seems ta hide it from me when she is goin in her nappy i used to be able to tell when she was going but since introducing the potty she hides it well thats just how it seems anyway haha what am going to do 2marra is get one them baby dolls that goes pee pee on there potty and see it she will go pee pee when she see the dolly doing it as she loves playin with her dolls so fingers crossed it works :) xx best of luck with the training :)

Just keep with it, and to answer you question... my daughter was completely potty trained by 15 months, so it isn't too early. Make a routine, like every 45 minutes. I think you're just not catching her at the right moment.
