"need help with getting my girl to poop on the potty"

i need advice on how to get my 3 year old to poop on the toilet... she pees on it all the time..just wont poop on it.when i was first potty training her all she ever would do is poop now she wont anymore. any advice?

I am in the same boat...she pees all the time but pooping is hard. SHe's just not consistent at it. I have only gotten her to do it a couple of times. :(

All that my 3year old girl does is pee on the potty all day and she wears underwear and the minute that pull up goes on for bed time, she poops in it. i dont get it.i was thinkin bout just leaving underwear on her but then she would either never poop or start pooping in them.

good luck my 2 yr old daughter just started pooping in the potty saturday it drove me crazy she would bee but not even tell u she had to poop just go stand some where and go in her undie or pull up so far were on 4 days of no accidents at all she decided to go by her self i was soo proud i hope when it's time to potty train my 1 yr old it goes smooth since she has her big sis to watch good luck and they'll start going poop when they're ready

I wish I knew! My son would rather poop in a pull-up then take it off and put the poop in the toilet and try to clean himself up rather than just poop in the toilet!

We think potty training is such hard work and when we are about to give up they do it on their own. My daughter almost 3 likes to pour her poop or pee in the potty. But we have been up and down on the potty training for awhile. She did poop and pee with very few accidents for about 2 months then all of the sudden stopped completely. Still trying to get her back on track. I stay at home with the kids so my only way to have an accident free day is to keep the pullup off of her which works if you are staying home for the day.
