Potty Problem

My son is potty trained, and he pees and poops on the floor i dont know if hes doing it for attention or what and i dont know what to do as far as disipline it seems like we have tried everything...he used to smear it all over the walls but now he just pees and poops at a random place. is there something wrong with him? we just had a baby 9/3/09 but i dont think thats the problem because he seemed to do it before, even when he had a diaper on. Also he does go on the potty chair, but he does this like once a day where he pees or poops on the floor. anyone else have this problem? and what should i do?

well, I have a girl, and surely this happen few times with her, when she wasnt wearing any panties at all, so you can try putting his favorite character panties, or tell him he will have to use diapers again wich is not good cause he is a big boy, or try to tell him you have a little surprise for him ( toy or sticker or snack) if he goes potty. :) and keep showing love for him and tell him you love him as his brother, and nothing have changed. :) good look.
