I have a 4 year lod son with sensory issues and developmental delays any thoughts on how to get him potty trained. He still pees when you change his diapers. He is around 18 months developmentally

I used to be a teacher assistant in an autism classroom and what we did was put them on a schedule. We would have them go to the potty at somewhat set times throughout the day, most every 30 minutes or so. For those children that didn't want to sit on the potty we would have them sit for a song (either we would sing the song, like ABC's or we had one of those toys you wind and then it plays a song). We had I would say moderate success with this method, of course all of our children were at different developmental stages. Hope this helps you.
