My 2 year old son did the same thing! I thought I had tried everything and was so sick and tired of cleaning up poopy underwear. First I am assuming that she only wears underwear. If so, what I did was everytime he pooped in his pants I took his shirt and socks off and put him in the tub (so he wouldn't make a mess everywhere) and told him he had to take his own pants and underwear off. "Mommy is tired of cleaning your poop up, it's yucky! If you what to poop in your underwear you will clean up your own mess. " Then I made him dump the poop in the toilet and rinse out his underwear in the toilet and wring them out. Then he had to put them in the laundry hamper himself. The first couple of days he did it 3 or 4 times and it took him alot of crying that it was yucky and about 1 1/2 hrs to get the pants off! But on the third day he decided that he was done pooping his pants and hasn't looked back since. He's had a few "accidents" and I still make him clean it up (he'll do it pretty much right away now), just to make sure he doesn't get any ideas about reverting. It may seem harsh, but nothing else worked and now he feels so proud when he poops on the potty. Oh! I also used rewards when he did go, to put a positive twist of actually using the potty. I like those mini m&ms (that way he doesn't get too sugared up, but its a big deal to him) And I also made a HUGE deal when he did go. I even called his grandma and talked really loudly (to make sure he heard) and just raved about how he was such a big boy and I was just so proud of him for going on the potty. And when Daddy got home after work I made sure I told him in front of my son and again made a big coffuffle. You can just see their pride swell.
