My daughter is proving to be very stuborn with potty training. If i let her run around all day with nothing on but a shirt she will go potty no prob. Comes and tells me and she goes. The very SECOND i put a pull up/undies/diaper/pants ANYTHING on her bottom she goes in them....within 5 seconds or less...... so obviously i cant let her go naked all the time so what do i do ??? Has anyone else had this problem?

My son did this (and still does sometimes) & I think it's because they think that is what they're supposed to do when you put a diaper on them so instead of letting him be naked all of the time I put underwear on him which seems to work. I am now left with this dilemma - if anyone has any suggestions... what do I do with him when we have a long trip in the car and I know he will fall asleep?? If I don't put a diaper on him it will mean a wet & uncomfortable car seat for the rest of the way - any suggestions?

Yeah , ive been doing that , i have a timer set for every 10 min but im not kidding when i say within 5 seconds of putting the undies on she empties her bladder... *sigh* lol I've sat her down and explained to her what the undies are and she is totally excited about wearing them ... but for some reason as soon as anything touches her bottom she goes pee immediately. It's the strangest thing ive encountered... :)

I would say not letting her run around nakie anymore... Just be very on top of the potty idea all day... Every 15-20 minutes ask if she needs to go potty... Sometimes even if she says no, sit her on it and wait til she goes...
