4 yr old pooping his pants.

My 4 yr old boy insists on pooping his pants. Sometimes he will go to the toilet, but mostly, he just goes in his pants. He then say's hes sorry and goes into the bathroom. We have tried everything to get him to stop. Even letting him sit in it. He doesn't care. What do I do. I'm losing my mind.

You could try to put him on the potty before he has to go or go without underwear (if possible). Its harder to miss poop when its falling at your feet.
