HELP! I am extremely itchy all over.. no rash. What to do?

I have been severely itchy for the past two days especially my hands and feet. so much so that it has kept me up at night. I don't have a sign of a rash and I tried to use moisturizer to sooth the itching.. to no avail. I am 39 weeks pregnant. Does anyone else have any experiencce with this? Any suggestions?

try some anti histamine cream. I had that problem with my palms itching very very badly and it turned out I was alergic to something I had gotten into
