Am I in slow labour???

I am nearly 37weeks pregnant with my second baby. for about 2 weeks now i have been gettin a liquidy discharge type thing (sorry for TMI) and the last couple of days i have been gettin really intense braxton hicks. ive had nausea for the last week or so aswell. i am in agony with my back ache aswell. i feel really strange in myself aswell. what do you think??? please help!! x

many signs of labor back labor is common but i am sure by now you have had the baby lol
