walk walk walk.. and more walking :) also if you can go and see midwife and ask for a sweep, both of these things brought my labour on very quickly! hope it happens soon for you :)

The best things that you can do involve pampering yourself (huzzah!)
First, be sure to eat small meals and drink lots of water- if they are just dehydration related contractions, they won't do much and will be very uncomfortable. Try to relax- get a pedicure if you can afford it, get some take out, sit on a birth ball and watch a comedy- something to make you really laugh. If you're tightening up every time you have a contraction (oh is this it? or this? or this?) your body won't relax enough to let the baby fall into place with those little practice contractions you are having. Try taking a walk too, it will help open up your hips and let baby fall further. Good luck!
I would not recommend anything like laxitives- it's really dangerous- even 'natural' ways that involve them can be very dangerous to you and your baby.
