Sudocream by far!!! But when my little man gets a terrible rash I use a prescription compound.

I haven't heard of that one Sharon, I am also an Aussie, I normally use paw paw cream or sudocream.

Hi. I'm in Australia and the best cream I ever used was called Nappy Paste. It comes in a plastic jar and I purchased it from an Amcal pharmacy. It wasn't expensive either. It is very thick (as it is a paste) and has a strong smell but it works a real treat. I highly recommend it. :-)

I hope the Aquaphor works better for your son than it did mine! My son's Ped. prescribed that to him when we were in HI and it made his Eczema 10x worse! Literally in about 10 minutes, all his pink spots were bright red and he started scratching them, which he had never done before.

I found that Aquaphor at Walmart this evening. I'll use it tomorrow and I hope it works. My son's poor butt needs healing!

@Mary Calandro, can you buy that stuff at Walmart? My LO has had a diaper rash for a couple of days and the Desitin creamy isn't doing anything.

I love Aquaphor!!!!!! Works in an hour for my kids. Recommended it to many people. One friend had sensitive skinned child worked like nothing she ever tried. If you can't find it in the baby aisle try the healing ointment section. They just recently started putting in the baby section. AWESOME stuff!!!!

Aveeno!!! Mayah has such senstitive skin...this is the only brand that doesn't make her diaper rash worse!

I like Desitin creamy too Christina, or I buy the generic brand of that. Works great!

I've never really had a problem with Desitin being messy, personally. I have definitely heard great things about Boudreaux's though!

Thanks, ladies!

I'm from the US. I've found that Desitin Creamy works like a dream and it's inexpensive.
