Yep, Christina P is right. if u exclusively pump...how old is ur baby? if over 3 months u can do 3-4 hours, just as long as you stay with no less than 8 times a day

Are you pumping exclusively? Or are you nursing too? If you are pumping only, you need to pump as often as the baby would nurse - so probably about every two hours. You can take a four or five hour stretch at night, or longer if the baby is sleeping through the night.
