There really isn't anything that I don't love on the grill from meat to veggies but one of my favorite recipes from the grill last summer was GRILLED PEACHES ... they came out beautiful and then were adorned with honey, spices and mascarpone cheese. This will be a hit for the whole family!

While in Mexico my husband got hooked on arrachera, a sweet/spicy steak make tender by marinating overnight and perfected on the grill. We make our version often in the summer: http://jojobean26.blogspot.com/2010/05/viva-la-celebration.html?m=1

Keep it simple. My mother has been using this steak marinade for decades. It only has three ingredients — olive oil, Worcestershire, and lemon pepper — and it couldn't be more delicious: http://www.alexandracooks.com/2012/05/16/dead-easy-steak-marinade/

I love throwing all kinds of veggies on the grill—plus I have a grill pan that works great. Most of the veggies like squash, asparagus, peppers, etc. I brush with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. I also like to toss broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and throw into my grill-top pan for a fresh take on a healthy side dish.

If you have food allergies, especially gluten sensitivity, you know that finding a good store-bought marinade can be challenging. Why not skip the allergens and other questionable ingredients and try our family's favorite homemade steak marinade. Its super simple, but full of flavor. And its great for london broil or other lesser quality cuts of beef.

Tuscan Grilled Rib-Eye
The sun is slowly setting, gradually creating a luminescent twilight. With twilight comes the warm fragrance of fresh and earthy rosemary, combined with the spicy knowing scent of simmered garlic in the freshest of olive oil.

Two perfectly grilled rib eye steaks bask in the fragrant and luxurious liquid. With just a moment of time, the tender and flavorful beef will be infused and ready to serve with the deepest ruby-red Cabernet Sauvignon.
