Depends on your circumstances. How preemie is the baby? Any complications? etc etc... My first girl was 7 weeks early but was perfect and came home after 2 weeks and was just like any other "normal" baby.. Our second daughter was 11 weeks early and she had e-coli meningitis and we almost lost her. They did so many tests to try and see if and how it had impacted her but we were very lucky that they caught it really early and she is perfect. Preemie or not every single baby is so very different so my one advice is; do not compare your kid with anyone else.
