As a busy mom, I am always looking for ways to save time in the kitchen. Crockpot Stuffed Bell Peppers to the rescue! This easy, healthy and colorful meal was a huge hit with my whole family. You can prep everything the night before, stuff the peppers in the morning, set the crockpot and go about your day. Have a vegetarian in your family? No problem! There's always a lot of ground venison in our freezer. I use it like ground beef in everything from taco soup to meat sauce for spaghetti.
Once of my favorite ground meat dishes is Picadillo, a dish that's made in Cuba, Mexico, the Philippines, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. It's sweet, spicy and delicious. Here's a version using Mexican chorizo: http://www.thismamacooks.com/2011/04/venison-chorizo-picadillo-secretrecipeclub.html

BBQ Sloppy Joes. A nice switch from traditional sloppy joes, this tangy, beefy meal is very quick and easy to make and serve on a dinner roll or hamburger bun. No chopping or dicing is involved; simply use a small can of tomato sauce, some dried seasonings along with your cooked hamburger, and you are done!

One of my favorite ground beef recipes is simple tacos with guacamole, because it's easy to make allergen-free. I use corn tacos. For the filling, I use ground beef and whatever I have... onions, peppers, black beans... with a medium salsa and of course, guacamole! http://www.learningtoeatallergyfree.com/2012/04/taco-night-with-guacamole.html

We love this Super Sausage Roll recipe! It's an easy winner for a simple dinner, and even better - if you follow Danni's method for binding the ingredients, you can exclude the egg from the mix. - great for our family as our little man has an egg-free diet. You can brush the tops with milk if you still want a glaze on your pastry...
