I started with Farex (rice cereal) on all three of my children.
1st child started at 4 months
2nd child started at 3 1/2 months
3rd child started at 3 months & 3 weeks
I had to start them this early as milk was no longer enough. My 2 younger children couldn't take more than 180ml of formula as they would vomit most of it up but were wanting a feed every 2 hours. Solids was the only way to go.

Ayden started at 4 months. With some fruits 1st like bananas, apples, pears (this one u want to give it to ur baby while ur at home cus it makes them poop a lot, u don't want those accidents while ur out) and veggies. Just try them one at a time to check for allergies.

My baby is 5 months and now I'm giving him some kind of fruits that the Dr told me, like banana, apple and pear. He is doing well.
