i am interested in making dresses for my daughter but would one day make them for other little girls to,i can piece it all together just fine the problem i have is they never come out the way i want,i try to get them to poof out for me and i end up failing every time.So i was wondering if anyone else could help me out and let me know what i might be doing wrong.
