Hi!! My daughter is 2 1/2 and has severe allergies to milk, eggs and peanuts. she recently started daycare and I provide all her food. The teacher asked me to possibly provide some cookies so she wouldn't feel left out. I have found oreo's but if anyone has any recipes or suggestions i'd appreciate it Thanks

Use your regular favorite cookie recipe and instead of milk, use rice milk or hemp milk and for every egg use 1/4 cup applesauce.

The being left out thing is hard.  Try to suggest to the parents of the rest of the class to give you a heads up if they are bringing treats so you can prepare ahead.  Whole Foods cake mixes makes great cupcakes with the same substitutions as above.
