Try Allerbling.com. I just found them via Facebook and ordered one, and I love it for my 3-year-old.

GO to Medic alert and get one from them, I think it is like- $29-39 for the year membership and the bracelet will be free, the membership will allow the medics to contact them and then they will have access to the info you provide, such as doctors, your contact info, allergens, and health issues- It truely is money well spent! If you call them, they are VERY helpful as far as figuring out what size bracelet to get and what to inscribe on it. we ended up ordering a sportsband from amazon. got a metal one from walgreens and she is allergic to the nickel in it go figure haha

walmart has some. not sure how good though they are.
i need to get one for my son too. that where i am going to start.
