I'm Renee from Savannah.I love to cook and have alot of recipes I'll share.I cook alot of low GI things as I'm insulin resistant but also things that aren't loe GI.My two kids 11 and 21 months love to eat.My mom says it's because I spoil them cooking from scratch all the time.
