Chili Cheese Cassarole
2 cups-5 min White Rice
1 Lrg Can-Chili with Beans
1 Med.-Sour Cream
2 to 3(if you want it hotter use 3)-cans Green Chiles
2 Lrg.-Sliced Black Olives
Graded-Colby Jack Cheese
Preheat Oven to 350
Cook rice as directted on box. open all cans, drain the olives of the juices. When rice is done cooking drain it then thinly layer Rice, Beans, SC, GC, BO, Cheese. Repeat if possible.
Tent tinfoil over the cassarole place on a cookie sheet, when preheated place in oven for 30min. then uncovered for 30min. Serve
