Eureka! One of the most asked questions I am noticing lately is how to adapt a recipe from oven to slow clooker, and vice versa. Today is the day I do get to say "Eureka!"

I think baking meat in the oven, still makes things a little dry, unless you smother your meats in butter. LOL. Alias.
