my daughter , 5 years old , is very fussy, she doesn't eat anything like in the morning she doesnt eat breakfsast at all and when she comes back from school she starts looking for the onions and tomato skins in the stew ... and she doesnt eat vegetables , she doesn't like to try anything. how can i help her eat breakfast in the morning and eat healthy food . because alll she likes is chicken nuggets or fish fingers and chips . even soups she doesn't like ?
