i have a few ideas for u here goes one is thai chicken noodles
you will need 300g pack of chicken breast pieces 1 loose onion 320g loose broccoli 1 loose lime 2x65g packs of instant chicken noddles 250g jar of thai green curry paste
oliver oil and chicken stock cube
heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. add 1 onion peeled and roughly chopped and fry until soft ser aside
then in the same pan, fry 300g pack of chicken breast pieces, cut in to 2cm pieces. return the onion to the pan,stir in 100g thai green curry paste heat through.
then discard the sachets from the 65g instant chicken noddles and add the dry noddles to the pan.Add 320g loose broccoli, cut into pieces,and 1lime sliced,pour in 600ml chicken stock,made with 1 stock cube, then cover and simmer until the broccli is tender and noodles are cooked about 20 to 25 minutes should do it
next one is
oriental pork noodles you will need diced pork 500g 4x65g instant chicken noodles 500g vegetable stir fry 500g black bean stir fry sauce oilver oil and salt and peper
cook 4x 65g packs of instant noodles following pack instructions
meanwhile, in hot wok,stir fry 500g diced pork with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 4-5 minutes ensure the pork is thoroughly cooked.season with salt and pepper and remove add a 500g bag of veg stir fry to the wok with a little water and stir fry for two minutes
add half a 500g jar of black bean stir fry sauce and combine with the noddles add the pork and heat through until piping hot then i would add the rest of the jar and heat again the serve immediately .
crispy fish pie
568g 6 frozen coley steaks 4 baking potatoes 40g instant parsley sauce mix 1kg bag of mixed chucky veg
and milk
peel the 4 potatoes cut in to quarters and boil for 20 minutes until soft
mean while chop 6 defrosted and drained coley steaks into chucks defost and drain a 1 kg packet of chucky mixed veg and chop the larger veg into smaller pieces
make up a 40g packet of instant parsley sauce ,following pack instructions. stir the fish and half the veg into the sauce, season well and tip the mixture into an overproof dish
drain and mash the potatoes with milk until smooth and spread over the fish mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 200 fan 180 or gas make 6 for 45 minutes
boil the rest of the veg until tender and serve on the side
