When I do ribs, I always serve them with potato salad or coleslaw and some kind of beans - ranchero or baked. And some rolls or cornbread.

Coleslaw, any buttery corn dish, the really fat wedgy french fries, baked apples or apple sauce,

I love doing ribs in sweet & sour sauce then having rice and maybe mix veg on the side

baked potatoes with olive oil in the oven with spices different kind of ketchup one with some hot sauce a plain on horseradish mayonnaise is good too and a salad is always good
