there is one recipe i use often. that site has alot of easy jelly and jam recipes. also if you are just getting into canning or even been doing it for years. ball has a canning perserve book out with every direction or step you can think of. it became my best friend after my grandmothr passed away and i could no longer call her for advice. most libraries have this book in them that i have been to. hope these help i know canning in my house saves me alotttt of money. i can everything you can imagine even cakes and breads!.
