(1) medium package boneless skinless chicken breast
(1) small block montery jack cheese
(1) small frozen package salad shrimps (can use larger shrimp or omit if desired)
(1) 1/2 pound bacon
Place slice of cheese, a few salad shrimps in center of chicken breast.
Wrap with bacon using toothpick to secure
Bake at 350 for approx 1/2 hour to 40 minutes depending on size of chicken breast or until chicken is fully cooked.
Serve with a light rice pilof (sp?) and broccoli. Enjoy! :)
