8oz short crust pastry
(4oz fat-2oz shortening&2oz lard-)
(1 tsp salt)
Jam/Jelly-Any flavor you like-
1. Sieve flour and salt in a bowl.
2.Add fat and mix well with pastry blender until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
3.When mixture resembles breadcrumbs add water by the tbsp and mix into the mixture until it forms a soft pliable dough.
4.Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into circles with cutter.
5.Place into bouche' pan or muffin pan place jam/jelly into pastry shell and bake for 25-30 mins or until pastry shell is golden brown.
